To use palisades gourmet cooking bags:
1. Place the food in the bag with the seam on top.
2. To seal, fold the bag about an inch from the
opening, and fold the remainder of the bag
underneath to lock in the flavour.
3. Place the bag on a pan when baking.
Optional: Optional: You may use 1-2 tablespoons of
